Meta Electronics builds on the established expertise of Meta System, continuing the tradition of excellence in the research, development and production of advanced electronic solutions for Telematics, the Safety & Security and Power Systems in the Automotive sector. The new entity takes shape following the acquisition of Meta System, a long-established company founded in 1973 in Reggio Emilia, by the Certina Group in July 2025.

The new name and logo represent much more than a simple change: they convey a vision, express growth and mark the beginning of a new phase focused on innovation, continuity and future development. An evolution that looks to the future, building on solid foundations.

Whistleblowing

Meta Electronics, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 of 10 March 2023, which implemented EU Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches, crimes or irregularities of which they have become aware in a public or private work context (so-called “whistleblowing”), has implemented a reporting system to enable whistleblowers to express themselves in the ways they deem most protective or effective.
